Jack Poole Takes His Knowledge of NFPA to the Phillipines

Jack Poole, PE, FSFPE and Principal at Poole Fire Protection travelled to the Philippines on July 18, 2015 for two weeks to provide NFPA 13 and NFPA 15 training to Energy Development Corporation (EDC). Jack is one of the NFPA certified instructors who is approved to provide training on NFPA 13, Standard for the Installation of Sprinkler Systems, NFPA 15, Standard for Water Spray Fixed Systems for Fire Protection and NFPA 72, National Fire Alarm and Signaling Code. The NFPA 13 and NFPA 15 training was provided to two separate classes for a total of 60 participants. During some of the free time over the weekend , Jack and Nestor Evaristo of EDC made a trip to Bohol to do some sightseeing, which included the Chocolate Hills, Tarsier Conservation Area, a Butterfly Conservation area and lunch on a floating restaurant on the river. Jack received very positive feedback from the participants and they felt the training was very good.
