Brad Austin, PE, CSP attends the ACEC National Leadership Orientation

Brad Austin, PE, CSP of Poole Fire Protection recently attended the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC) National Leadership Orientation as a part of his service on the ACEC KS Board of Directors. The event was held at the ACEC National offices in Washington, D.C. and helped leaders from the state member organizations gain a deeper understanding of the Council’s many programs and services, and how they can take advantage of the national resource base for state operations. When asked about the experience, Austin stated: “This was a good opportunity to learn about the organization and meet the players. It was also good to meet with representatives from other states.” Austin is about half way through his term as a 1st year Vice President on the ACEC KS Board and looks forward to continuing his service with the organization.
